- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil, and spray with cooking spray.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. This helps them get crispy.
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with vegetable oil until evenly coated.
- In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients for the seasoning mix. Stir well.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the chicken wings and toss until they are well coated.
- Arrange the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 45 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less cayenne pepper. For extra crispy wings, you can broil them for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking, watching them closely to prevent burning.
