Method
- Pat chicken thighs dry with a paper towel, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Set air fryer to 350°F.
- Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, making sure there is room between them.
- Put basket into the air fryer, and close it. Then start the air fryer. Cook in air fryer for 18-22 minutes.
- Flip chicken thighs at 10 minutes, and cook for an additional 8 minutes.
- Use a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chicken; cook until it reaches 165 degrees F.
