Method
- Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- Brush the biscuit pieces lightly with melted butter.
- Roll the buttered biscuit pieces in the cinnamon sugar mixture until coated.
- Place the coated biscuit pieces in your air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overcrowd.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Shake the basket halfway through cooking.
- While the donut holes are cooking, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl to make the glaze.
- Once cooked, remove the donut holes from the air fryer. Drizzle with glaze or toss with extra cinnamon sugar if desired.
Notes
For a crispier donut hole, you can lightly spray them with cooking spray before air frying.
