Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Potatoes

Crispy and flavorful garlic parmesan potatoes made easily in your air fryer.

Ingredients
  

For the Potatoes
  • 1.5 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
For the Topping
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped

  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are tender and crispy.
  4. In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add the minced garlic to the air fryer basket and toss with the potatoes.
  5. Once cooked, transfer the potatoes to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley. Toss to combine.

Notes

Serve immediately as a side dish.
