Air Fryer Steak Bites and Mushrooms

Ingredients
  

For the Steak Bites
  • 1 lb Sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
For the Mushrooms
  • 8 oz Cremini mushrooms halved or quartered if large
  • 1 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • Bowl

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, toss the steak cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  2. In the same bowl (no need to wash), toss the mushrooms with melted butter and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Arrange the steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the seasoned mushrooms to the basket with the steak. Toss gently to combine.
  6. Continue to cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the mushrooms are tender.
  7. Remove from the air fryer, let rest for 5 minutes, then serve.

Notes

You can add other seasonings like onion powder or paprika to the steak. Serve as is or over rice or with a side salad.
