Berry Popsicles

A simple and refreshing berry popsicle recipe, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients
  

For the Popsicles
  • 2 cups mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Popsicle molds

Method
 

  1. Combine berries, water, sugar, and lemon juice in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. If using frozen berries, you may need to add a little more water to reach desired consistency.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
  5. To unmold, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.

Notes

You can customize these popsicles with different fruits like strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries. For a layered effect, freeze each layer partially before adding the next.
