  • 1 package (6 ounces) chicken stuffing mix
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed broccoli cheese soup undiluted
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1-1/2 cups water for preparing stuffing mix

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the stuffing mix according to package directions, using only 1-1/2 cups of water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli florets, and condensed broccoli cheese soup. Transfer this mixture to a greased 11x7-inch baking dish.
  3. Top the chicken and broccoli mixture with the prepared stuffing. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the stuffing.
  4. Cover the baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Then, uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
