Method
- Combine rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a jar or container. Stir well.
- In a small bowl, whisk together softened cream cheese, milk, and maple syrup until smooth. This is your "frosting".
- Pour the "frosting" over the oat mixture. You can swirl it in slightly or leave it on top.
- Seal the container and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oats and enjoy.
Notes
You can add chopped pecans or walnuts for extra texture. Adjust sweetness to your preference.
