Ingredients
  

For the Bowl
  • 1 cup cottage cheese full fat recommended
  • 1 tbsp pizza sauce or marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp pepperoni chopped
  • 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
  • Pinch red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the cottage cheese and pizza sauce. Stir well.
  2. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped pepperoni, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bowl is heated through.
  4. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired. Stir and enjoy.

Notes

You can customize your bowl with other pizza toppings like mushrooms, onions, or bell peppers. Ensure any added vegetables are pre-cooked or finely diced to heat through properly.
