  • 2 slices Bread whole wheat or your favorite kind
  • 1/2 cup Cottage cheese full fat or low fat
  • 1 medium Tomato sliced
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil optional

Method
 

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  2. Spread the cottage cheese evenly over the toasted bread.
  3. Arrange the tomato slices on top of the cottage cheese.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to your liking.
