  • 1/4 cup whole-milk plain strained yogurt Greek-style
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 teaspoons cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
For the Salad
  • 4 cups shredded carrots from 3 large carrots
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/4 cup scallions thinly sliced

Method
 

  1. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, turmeric, cumin, pepper, and salt in a medium salad bowl. Whisk well.
