Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In three separate shallow bowls, place the flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs mixed with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken tender first in the flour, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with the seasoned panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil or cooking spray. Arrange the coated chicken tenders in a single layer in the basket, ensuring they do not overlap.
  5. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes
