For the Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if necessary.
  4. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are tender and caramelized with crispy edges.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of garlic powder or a drizzle of balsamic glaze after cooking.
