- Heat the canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle the salmon fillets with Italian seasoning and salt.
- Place the salmon in the skillet, skin side down. Reduce the heat to medium. Cook until the fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, about 5 minutes on each side.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, chopped cucumber, and snipped dill for the sauce. Serve the sauce with the salmon.
