Method
- Combine the frozen watermelon cubes, lime juice, and honey (if using) in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender a few times.
- Transfer the sorbet to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 1-2 hours, or until firm.
- Serve scoops of the sorbet as is.
Notes
For a softer sorbet, you can serve it immediately after blending. If you prefer a firmer texture, allow it to freeze for a longer period.
