For the Marinade
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano

Method

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.

  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Place the marinated mushrooms on the preheated grill, gill-side down first for about 5-7 minutes, then flip and grill for another 5-7 minutes, or until tender and slightly charred.
  5. Remove from grill and serve immediately.

Notes

You can add other seasonings to the marinade, such as red pepper flakes or a squeeze of lemon juice. These mushrooms are great as a main dish or a side.
