- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
- Stir in the salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- While the beef is cooking, prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and garlic powder until smooth.
- To assemble the bowls, divide the chopped lettuce among four bowls.
- Top the lettuce with the cooked ground beef.
- Add diced tomatoes and red onion to each bowl.
- Drizzle the sauce over the top of each bowl.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese just before serving.
