- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 5 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers if desired, or place directly on the grill grates.
- Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through.
- Remove from grill, garnish with chopped cilantro, and serve with lime wedges.
