Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp
  • 1 pound Shrimp peeled and deveined
For the Marinade
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice fresh
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
For Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime Wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 5 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the shrimp onto skewers if desired, or place directly on the grill grates.
  5. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through.
  6. Remove from grill, garnish with chopped cilantro, and serve with lime wedges.

Notes

This recipe is best served immediately after grilling.
