- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. This helps create a better sear.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the pork chops, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Place the pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the juices run clear.
- Remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute, making them extra moist.
Notes
For thicker pork chops, you may need to increase the cooking time slightly. Always use a meat thermometer to ensure they are cooked to a safe internal temperature.
