Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts about 6 ounces each
For the Marinade
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary, thyme, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is evenly coated. Marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 30 minutes.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade. Place chicken on the preheated grill.
  5. Grill for 5-6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the juices run clear.
  6. Remove chicken from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with your favorite sides such as a fresh salad, roasted vegetables, or rice.
