Method
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary, thyme, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is evenly coated. Marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 30 minutes.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade. Place chicken on the preheated grill.
- Grill for 5-6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the juices run clear.
- Remove chicken from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
