- Combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the springform pan.

- Stir in the chopped Oreo cookies.
- Spread the filling evenly over the crust.
- Cover the cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Before serving, you can garnish with additional crushed or whole Oreo cookies if desired.
Notes
For a richer chocolate flavor, you can add 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder to the cream cheese mixture. Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps.
