Peach Burrata Platter

Ingredients
  

For the Salad
  • 2 balls burrata cheese room temperature
  • 3 ripe peaches sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves torn
  • 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
For the Balsamic Glaze
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey

Equipment

  • Small bowl

Method
 

  1. Prepare the balsamic glaze: In a small saucepan, combine the balsamic vinegar and honey. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Arrange the burrata cheese balls on your serving platter. Distribute the sliced peaches around the burrata.
  3. Scatter the torn basil leaves and toasted pine nuts over the platter.
  4. Drizzle the cooled balsamic glaze over the entire platter.
  5. Chill for 10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

Serve with crusty bread for dipping into the delicious juices.
