Ingredients
  

For the Brie
  • 1 wheel Brie cheese about 8 ounces
For the Peaches and Pecans
  • 2 medium peaches pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
For Serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the brie on a baking sheet.
  2. In a small skillet over medium heat, toast the chopped pecans until fragrant, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced peaches, honey, and cinnamon. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the peaches are slightly softened.
  4. Arrange the cooked peaches around the brie on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the brie is soft and melty.
  6. Remove from oven. Sprinkle the toasted pecans over the baked brie and peaches.
  7. Serve immediately with sliced baguette.

Notes

You can substitute other nuts like walnuts or almonds for the pecans. If peaches are not in season, you can use sliced apples or pears.
