Ingredients
  

For the Fudge
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter unsalted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup peanut butter creamy

  • 8x8 inch pan
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and milk. Bring to a rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract and peanut butter until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Let cool completely, then cut into squares.

Notes

Store fudge in an airtight container at room temperature.
