- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, about 6 minutes.
- Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne, and paprika. Cook, stirring and adding more oil if mixture is too dry, until coated, about 1 minute more.
- Divide chicken among tortillas, then top with desired toppings.
Notes
This recipe is great for meal prepping. You can cook the chicken ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator. Reheat gently before serving.
