Turkey and Crunchy Veggie Wraps

Ingredients
  

For the Wraps
  • 2 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 4 oz sliced turkey breast
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell pepper any color
  • 2 tbsp hummus

Equipment

  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
  2. Spread hummus evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Layer the sliced turkey breast over the hummus.
  4. Top the turkey with shredded lettuce, shredded carrots, and sliced bell pepper.
  5. Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then tightly roll them up from the bottom.
  6. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

You can add other vegetables like cucumber slices or spinach. For a different flavor, try mustard or a light vinaigrette instead of hummus.
