- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with foil or parchment paper. Pour butter and oil over the lining; brush to coat evenly.
- In a large bowl, combine baking powder, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Add the chicken wing pieces, a few at a time, and toss to coat. Shake off any excess seasoning.
- Place the seasoned wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake until golden brown, about 30-35 minutes.
