Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients
  

For the Parfait
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/4 cup Granola your favorite kind
  • 1 tsp Honey or maple syrup optional

Equipment

  • Glass or bowl

Method
 

  1. Spoon half of the Greek yogurt into the bottom of your glass or bowl.
  2. Layer half of the fresh berries over the yogurt.
  3. Sprinkle half of the granola over the berries.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, berries, and granola.
  5. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.

Notes

To keep your parfait crunchy, add the granola just before serving. If preparing ahead, store the granola separately and add it when you are ready to eat.
